Message-ID: <20000104201033.95849.qmail-+AT+-hotmail.com> It got through. I know what you mean about being disconnected as it happens to me too on another list which has many quiet times so I begin to wonder. Does anyone else have trouble actually FINDING the books they want to buy?. With a couple of gift certificates to bookstores here, I am getting fed up with not being able to find the following: The Last of the Renshai, the Adept series (minus Death of an Adept) and a couple of others > >just a question-is the list really, really quiet, is hotmail messing up, or >did i get disconnected-again. > >if this message gets to the list, could someone send a reply please? > >WTTW, >Silverwing K'ryss >(a.k.a. On a Misty note....I loved the stories in Flights of Fantasy. Everyone of them caught my imagination at least a bit. A rare thing in an anthology. Also, both Barnes & Nobels and... oh shards I can't remember the other one I use all the time, but anyway, they will order books for you quiet easily if still in print. Amazon.com is one that will "search" books out for you, the ones that are out of print. Hope that helps a little... I was wondering if anyone could oblige me with why this is. Also, I got my Heralds, Harpers, and Havoc CD in the mail today and I enjoyed it very much, my favorite song bieng either "Her Fathers Eyes" or "the Face Within". At least that has been my reasoning everytime I have read the book. And thanks, since I picked up the book to see the text you were refering too, now I am going to have to read it again... ;> guess Tanya Huff is just going to have to wait... - Ellevaranachai Shay'Nara'Val Herald Trainee, but Bard wannabe => Rethwellan by Nature, Chosen by Virtue ----- Original Message ----- From: Lindsay To: Sent: Tuesday, January 04, 2000 9:56 PM Subject: Marriage or marriage ? > If you go to pages 14-18 or so of Arrows of the Queen, you shall find > marriage and honorable marraige capitalised. Message-ID: Actually, I think in that case "Marriage" and "Honorable Marriage" were being used as proper nouns, since they seem to have religious and cultural significance. (Also, it was [I believe] Misty's first book, and first-time fantasy authors tend to do the capitalization thing when they want to point out that something has a greater importance in their created culture than it does in the world as we know it.)
