     True, but in AotQ Talia and Skif are specifically
reminded of "real" magic, as opposed to the mind-magic
practised by the Heralds. (I can't give textevd b/c I
don't have the books with me.) I know this is probably
another aspect of Misty's publishers wanting 'real
magic,' but it's still a (minor) inconsistency. (Sorry
about the lack of carrots; my computer is being
unfriendly.)
