The rest of the book starts in the following January, 1987. I'm guessing about this, but I think the rest of the book takes place over the months from January to April 1987; I believe the ceremony in question took place over a year, but don't quote me on that. Then again, it might been less time. In real life, I know there are Indy drivers in the early 20s. Just my thoughts on the subject... Kerowyn bemoaning the fact that she is the central figure in "Kerowyn's Ride" to Talia and Dirk, and that she has to listen to all the renditions of it wherever they go. 2. Kethry and Tarma coming to the "rescue" of the village woman having an argument with her husband, only to have the woman start flinging things at them because they beat up her man. 3. Di Tregarde and Robert Harrison discussing "whoopie witches" in 'Werehunter'. I 'bout died reading that one... 4. Tannim driving the Elves nuts in 'Chrome Circle' by singing songs by 'They Might Be Giants'. I believe I've mentioned Misty's extraordinary taste in music before... lol That's about all I can think about right now, without referencing my books... ===== ---<---<---<----+AT+- Li'nia Stormdancer -+AT+---->--->--->--- Peon to the Powers That Be, (Hopeful)Goddess of All Things Possessed, & Caretaker of the Arena of Discussion and Dissention __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Message-ID: I myself was rather fond of Stefan pointing in the mirror calling his reflection an idiot only to hear a voice seconding it, and being broadsided by a pillow (thrown by Medren). Its such a great image.
