I'd check it a bit more if I was you, perhaps by asking Queen's Own if
they know if it is alright. Copyright infringement is something I'd do a
lot to avoid.

CG has been around for years.  The rules are, if you want to write fanfic, you have to get a waiver signed by Misty before it can be printed in any zine.
