The "polite" length for a signature on Usenet is 4 lines, and you should consider this when posting to this list. I am not singling any one person out, but please be considerate of those who are either (a) paying to receive their mail, (b) on a dial-up link, (c) wondering why they just read a post where the signature was longer than the content.
