I think van-YEL only turns up in a couple places (once in Colddrake and once in Nightblades, if my brain is working properly). Nice to have a name that can go both ways...*grin* (tangent warning) I had to write an iambic-pentameter poem for eighth-grade English with my name in it, and my name is not iambic...it was annoying trying to fit it in! And I forget who asked, but Yfandes' foals' names were Dancer and Megwyn. They've been posted several times on the newsgroup, so I don't have a page reference.
