If you want one though, for this list, you just pick somethin' you read about or something about your personality. Whatever you want really. I am Vrondi because it began as my IRC nick. Now I'm known on many internet mediums by that name. I picked it because I was trying to find something obscure. I certainly know whenI run across Misty fans with a name like that! We need to remember that most times the channels open slowly and naturally, and once all the others were open it's possible that healing did just a bit too. I mean not to the great extent that the other stuff did, but enough to maybe make others sick or to heal himself a bit. It's not surprising that he might have a bit of it, although it's odd that Misty doesn't stick to it very well. :) megan ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 2 Aug 1996 09:53:32 -0700 (PDT) From: Becky Anne Christensen To: mercedes-lackey-+AT+-herald.co.uk Subject: Re: sore wrists/carpal tunnel, RSIs Message-ID: On Fri, 2 Aug 1996, Kathy Covert wrote: > Lady Thess and all other 'Listers with sore hands and wrists. > > Second, (apologizing for the commercial) try the Hand-Eze gloves. Could it be possible that she had no mindhealing herself, so she wouldn't be able to test it? I think the idea of Vanyel developing the Mindhealing Gift later has some basis in what everyone is saying. IMHO I think that Vanyel is just protecting that side of the border (The Forest of Sorrows) because it has no other protection. IIRC, Vanyel was given the choice to either become a Companion, or protect the border. He chose the border. I would think that if the forest were to be cut down then the border would probably need even more protection after that. For one thing, isn't Valdemar the people, not the land? So, if Valdemar was to get up and say "move" to another part of the territory, would he be given another place to "watch over"? IMO, I think he would. ************************************ * "Now beauty held in bondage * **#**Lady Crysania**#** * is beauty that is lost... * aka "Amy" * and all the gold I cherish * amason-+AT+-stmarys-ca.edu * is sunlight bright and clear." * * - Vanyel, "Demonsbane" * ************************************ ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 2 Aug 1996 12:53:42 -0700 (PDT) From: Lady Crysania To: mercedes-lackey-+AT+-herald.co.uk Subject: Jervis...Alberich Message-ID: On Fri, 2 Aug 1996 chenchen-+AT+-rgs.edu.sg wrote: > ObMisty: Could Alberich be a recarnation of Jerrich or whoever was Vanyel's > Weaponmaster?
