Greetings, How strange, that is exactly how I started reading them. My friends had been talking about them for ages and then when I was 15 (seems to be a popular age to start) I borrowed one from a friend. I've been reading them ever since. And now I have managed to get another one of my friends reading them. Btw, the first ones I read were the LHM. Well I started reading Misty about six months ago when I was still 15. 15 seems to be a popular age for starting. Anyway I read Arrows first and was completely hooked. Since then besides becoming a fan of Misty's works I've managed to wear out a copy of the Magic's trilogy I purchased from the SFBC (replaced) and I also became a rather steady customer of Firebird Music in Portland, OR for CD's and tapes of the music of Misty's creations and others besides. I already enjoyed music along that lines but I didn't know where to find it so I've got a couple of good things out of her books. By the way if you haven't ever heard any music by Heather Alexander you really should get some. She has a wonderful voice.
