Here you are! :) I dunno who my fav character would be-I like them all. (well, MOST of them) Has anyone else noticed that on alot of the covers that feature Companions, they are wearing bits? Companions are supposed to just be wearing a hackmore, NOT any bit! And the Valdemarinas wouldn't have rubber bits either, so they must be nasty, cold metal bits too. Don't you sometimes really wish that the cover illustrators would take the time to READ their books instead of just drawing a picture from the blurb on the back? And did anyone notice too that on the LHM series, Van got younger looking as the series progressed? He looks 30 in the first book and 16 on the third! Sheesh. Not only that, I think that Elspeth looks dazed on the covers of the Winds books. Ok, I just re-read that bit and I sound like a nasty old complainer. I'm not! Really! :) Is the 'Black Swan' and .... ooo.... er... the other new Misty books that are coming out based on faerie tales going to be like 'Fire Rose' and 'Firebird'? Will they have 'Fire' in the titles too? As for 'Fire Rose' 's ending-I agree. I was hoping that Jason would be changed back into human, and like it says in the book, Jason's animal nature will just keep getting stronger. How about Vanyels Whites? I always assumed that whites looked simple, without any embroidery and that the capes where white too. (I could be wrong, it has been ages since I re-read the books, I'm just looking at the covers at the moment).
