She smiled, thinking she had exacted her Draconic revenge, as was only proper. She then found a nice, comfortable perch on one of the rafters and settled down for some rest and lurking. Karen blinked as the cold liquid splashed her and her companions. She ducked as she saw what Kia was going to do. She found room near the fire to dry out herself and garments in human fashion. Catling and Kat both glared about them in feline rage at suddenly finding themselves sopping(sp?) wet. They looks around and assesed the situation w/ typical feline grace and crowded, unseen, near Bai Kai Ling. For her part, the Chinese enchantress looked down in minor annoyance at her robes, now splastered to her lithe body. She took a moment to unleash a few warm, arid Southron Winds to dry herself and the area around her. The felines had, as always, chosen correctly, and were dry and warm in a matter of seconds, along w/ the small featured beauty. MUSE looked around the great Hall. She didnt seem to even register that she was more than slightly damp. Although the others had taken much of the brunt of the attack, she still hadnt escaped unscathed. But, in typical scholar fashion, she didnt notice anything around her but hunted for books. KiT watched all this w/ an amused expression on her slightly feline features. She was currently in her humanoid form and, although she didnt like being wet, she could handle it better than if she was in her feline form. The Were-Cat lounged, in the boneless way felines have, in a place near the fire to dry herself and to keep the chill off. == God bless and keep you!! The EXACT same story if ound in there and it DOES tell how many brothere there are. Has anyone found anything out about Elvenborn? This is the next book in the Elven World series writtin by Norton and Lackey. It was supposed to be out this year and I have not seen it yet. Does anyone else know anything about it. I love their dual stories, They are very elboorate and well written by these two authors who have won so many awards. Does anyone else like Norton too and have you read any of her really early book from the seventies? I love them.
