It's called politely requesting some help from, as I was told via the newbie fest when I joined sometime back and seen mentioned on the list... the Councillors of Mist. Nice, not nasty. I'm sure there are people of all ages on this list, and while my language my vary with people whom I know their age and what might offend them, I try to be polite when addressing a large group of unknown. I'd suggest the young lady who is "loosing" mail figure out how to write what I assume is her native language. She might enjoy losing mail, not loosing it (which is basically setting it free). Oh -- and the use of the ef-word -- when I was in high school, a teacher told me it actually stood for "For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge." The initials were supposedly pasted on those who were caught in adulterous situations. The etymology has since been challenged -- but I do recall it as one of the more interesting lessons I had in high school. Anyway -- all good things to all of you.
