It's pretty much accepted that Sayvil is Savil--at one point, when talking 
about Kero's Companion, another Companion (I forget who) nearly calls her 
'Savil' and then hastily recovers.

Other suspiciously similar Companion names:
Jaysen/Jasan
Tantras/Tantris (of course, there's also Keren's Companion Dantris, and 
Kantris--though I don't remember who he is or what book he's from)
Idra/Idry (from Storms, Florian's sister)
Eren (Treven's Companion)/Keren (or possibly Teren, but Eren was female)
Sofya/Sofi (Destria's Companion)
Felaris (Jaysen's Companion)/Felara (Ylsa's Companion)
Taver (Lancir, Shavri, and Jisa's Companion)/Taver (in Stolen Silver) (This 
is probably just Misty recycling names, since Taver in LHM was MOC and 
therefore Grove-Born. I don't know whether or not Grove-Born Companions get 
reincarnated once they die.)

As an amusing side note, one of the RPGs I'm currently in seems to be trying 
to reproduce Misty's Burning Water as a plot. Since I play a Detective 
Sergeant in the city PD, that means I get to investigate. Funfun. :) Of 
course, Boston isn't nearly as good a target for that sort of thing as 
Dallas.
