cut tips off garlic with sharp knife.

place 4 heads garlic, 6 Tblsp Chicken stock,
small onion sliced, 3 Tblsp olive or corn oil in a 2 pint measuring jug
ovenglass bowl.

Cover tightly with two layers microwave film 

Cook for 7 minutes HI, piece film, stand for 10 minutes.

Serves 4 as starter eat with fingers like artichokes.
