[LMB] Shakespeare, subordinates, and MEMORY

Rereading MEMORY, I was struck by Miles' statement to Elli near the end, 
that it's a mistake to leave subordinates unpromoted for too long.

It occurred to me that a Shakespeare buff in a military culture - which 
Miles was even as a teenager - would have internalized that lesson very 
early, and in fact. considered it to be the *main point* of OTHELLO.
