The US edition (mmpb) of #3 is UK available from Amazon.co.uk NOW. They
delivered it about 3 weeks late after an period when they maintained it was
unavailable new.

For unknown reasons some TOR and ACE mmpb are unavailable, I think at the
publisher's request, even though no UK edition is planned. Anyone who wants
such should try Amazon marketplace or various parallel importers. Advice on
request.

This being so spoilers are not strictly required by the FAQ.
