I think that, in Australia, it depends on age. Pre-metric it was 
standard to use stones, mostly rounded to closest half stone, so 
those who still think in Imperial would use that. I tend to give 
weight in metric and height in feet and inches but I was changing 
from primary to secondary school as Metric was phased in.
