Actually, I did. Ended up resulting in my ob/gyn moving his entire 
practice to a new hospital because the [catholic] hospital wouldn't 
allow him to tie my [noncatholic] tubes after my second go round with 
pre-eclampsia and toxemia with a side order of renal failure. I joke 
that if I was amerind, and my kids survived they would have been named 
'Orthonovum Don't Work', Orthonovum Don't Work, Rubber Busted' and 'But 
my tubes were tied 10 years ago'.
