Yep. "The doors of his face, the lamps of his mouth" could be described 
as a romance in a sci-fi setting, or sci-fi story with a strong romance 
elements. The same could be said of other stories collected in _Four for 
Tomorrow_: "A rose for Ecclesiastes", "The Graveyard Heart"...
