Romantic science fiction is rare, which is why we are having so much 
trouble finding it (although the Miller/Lee output is mostly 
romantic, so much so that I finally subtitled _Carpe Diem_ as 
"Honeymoon on an Interdicted Planet" in my own mind).

Romantic Fantasy, however, is everywhere.  I like Phyllis 
Eisenstein's _The Sorcerer's Son_ as an example.
