I'll add one - New Zealand.  Last PM was female (not elected - took over
after she staged a takeover or something in the National Cacus - I was a
teenager at the time, and Not Interested).  Current PM is also female, as is
the Governor General (or the last Governor General, don't think the next/new
one is) and one of the highest High Court judges.
