Go with gas if you can, the electric don't work as well,
especially at higher flow rates.

Also get one of the devices that maintain temperature
regardless of flow.  With a demand heater buying quality
pays as well.  I'm no longer familiar with specific brands,
maybe someone else?

I don't own one now, but I've had one in the past and one
of my former partners had one.  I like the concept, but I prefer
my solar/wood heater going into the propane backup.
