[LMB] OT: akicotl: water heaters?

Thank you to everyone who answered, both on and off list.
Because of the situation where the tankless water heater would
be located, it has to be electric, which limits our options
somewhat.

I've got lots of new information now, and lots of more research
to do, but the responses here have really helped.

(I return you to the previous discussion of ASK. Thank you for
your patience.)
