Unfortunately, that is out of date, and I haven't had a
chance to consult with the Tixie to see if another
system can be devised that will improve on "post a
note to the list and hope the Tixie sees it".  The
birthday email address apparently became a spam
target, and the Tixie found it unusable.

I will try to get an update done on the FAQ so the
incorrect information is removed in any case.
