And they're assuming all radiation is BAD, and that nuclear waste will
continue to give off radiation at its current rate for the full 10k
(or more) years.

I got a Sierra Club person to go away once using that - he was going
door-to-door asking for contributions, I told him no.  He asked why -
I told him, 'because you don't believe in nuclear energy, and I do.'
