On the issue of waste. I'm assuming we'll have dug just about
everything that's easy to get at, or only a bit harder to get at, out
of of the ground by then and we'll have gone through all the land fill
sites and removed all the minerals etc that we can, someone will have
found a way to deal with composite packaging.

We'll be left with getting at the difficult stuff with much bigger
machines, in a much more expensive way.
