oooooooh, cozy warm!    new york in the rain in december can be mizerable, 
and that sounds lovely.  i don't even want to think about snow.  i am -not- 
dreaming of white xmas :)

and a second squeal for the petticoat!  i vote with my six-yr-old on this, 
anything with a petticoat is fancier than anything without :)
