These days, I keep the best ones in an HTML file, so it's somewhat  
inconvenient for typing, especially since I maintain 3 versions at  
the same time.    Primarily, I used the Mac version of  
Wordperfect.    At the beginning, I used MacWrite.

In the past I read a lot of quotation books and kept the best.   I  
also watched a lot of movies and increased my reading speed.      
Finding the quotes is a matter of finding pivotal and tangible  
issues.  I spend a lot of time weeding out airy quotes like the one I  
am analyzing "All true wealth is biological."   (In this case, this  
is a new quote and I'm leaning toward using it.)
