Somebody gets mailed one because they're on a book reviewing list, and
doesn't want it, and puts it up on ebay.  They aren't supposed to be
sold, but people do it anyway.

I actually managed to get an ARC of Hallowed Hunt from EOS, I signed
up to be a potential reviewer and lucked out.  I assure you that one
didn't go on ebay!
