I have severe problems waking up. Even the rather brilliant plan of an 
other-list-listee
to put a vacuum cleaner on a timer and get it switched on didn't do the 
trick.

Maybe yellow folk will do the trick nicely, just have a little bit of 
excessive adrenaline in my blood....
