[LMB] Curses, foiled again!

Wouldn't you just know it?  The first time I've _ever_ had trouble with 
something I bought on Ebay, and it has to be a Bujold ARC!

I paid the seller, earl_grey_is_dead, just after the auction ended, and the 
payment went through.  It's now getting on three weeks later, and I haven't 
seen hide nor hair of the book.

I've reported this to ebay, as well as PayPal, but they're taking their 
sweet time answering me.

If there was something wrong at the other end (the seller is now no longer 
an Ebay member, after getting 200+ postive responses) I can certainly 
understand it..._but I want my bloody book,_ or at least responses when I 
send them messages, d--nit!

If I knew where this seller was, and their phone number, I'd call up and 
find out what's happened.
