[LMB] Sharing Knife ARC??? Help?

Long time sleeper listee, Shelley.  
I'm back....ok, ok, it doesn't sound scarey like the Terminator but....
Is the ARC a book?  I am fascinated.  I have been reading and re-reading my Bujold books until they are scuff.  Must find time to replace them.  They all are my lifeline to saniety -- or what passes for saniety inside the beltway.
