LOL - yes. There are stories of people who looked out the window at what 
they thought was somebody's pet, only to get some scale on Sir Robert the 
Feline when they got closer. Clever buggers, aren't they? And dogs - what 
size dogs can and will tangle with a bobcat could fill a book.
