Since nobody seems to have made any suggestions yet--go out after dark to get it. Most bees are tucked into their hives by then, yellow jackets as well. The latter and bumblebees are usually the ones who build underground. Just walk softly, and it should be safe enough, but I'd carry a wasp-and-hornet spray just in case. Mary
