I used to mow hay meadows, and the bumble bee nests were the bane of my 
existence.  I would bring along a thick coat to wear on such occasions 
that I disturbed a nest, and wished that it had a hood.  I would wear 
the coat in hundred degree heat.  The farm life is not for sissies.
