Yes, it is a spoiler. Re-translated the title would be "Viruses of Oblivion". 
Looking around at amazon.de I found out the Heyne translated ACC as 
"Botschafter des Imperiums" (Ambassador of the Empire). *sigh* I'd really 
like to know how they thought of that.
