Western Digital Corporation has settled a class action 
lawsuit brought against it by agreeing, among other things, 
to provide free backup software to anyone that bought one of 
its drives between March 22, 2001 and Feb 15, 2006.

If you are eligible, and would like a copy of the software, 
go to http://www.wdc.com/settlement/ and look for the "click 
here" link to register your claim. You will need the serial 
number of the hard drive, which can be found on its front 
cover.
