I got to meet her at the 2003 WorldCon, near the massive exhibit of author 
pictures.  I was [as usual] wearing a Bujold shirt, so she shared her 
fangirl squee! at actually getting to be on a panel with Lois.  Apparently, 
she's a major Bujold fan [aren't we all?  ;)].  She has good taste in 
authors; maybe I should check out her books.
