That's annoying!  I just got my copy of TSK:B from them yesterday,
picked up from the post office this morning.  I had preordered it and
was shocked that it wasn't here when I got back from the US, but I
guess they say 1-3 weeks processing and they have to get it from the
US before they ship it to us.

Anyway, as someone else mentioned downthread, ordering just TSK:B by
itself may mean a quicker delivery time.  But perhaps not if they have
to get it from the US before they ship it in England.

I'm very excited to have my own copy to reread and participate in the
discussions.  I'm way behind on listmail having been at a conference
then home for a visit, but will hopefully be catching up in the next
few days.

Don't stop discussing TSK:B!!!
