That was very delightful, I agree!  And a belated Happy Birthday from

Sounds like you had a good day!

On a side note:  My husband (Belgian) was under the impression (from
the tiny size of standard bathtubs in the USA) that Americans were not
especially fond of nor did they luxuriate in baths.  I suppose it
doesn't help that I'm not a bather (showers, yes, I do clean myself on
a daily basis) -- but I'm right aren't I?

Quite a lot of people in the USA do enjoy their baths despite the
small size of the bathtubs, right?

(okay, enough harping on the smallness of the baths, but after living
the UK and not having gone back for two years, certain things shocked
me on my recent visit.  Like the size of the baths -- they used to be
normal-sized! I'm afraid I'm adjusting to living in England...)
