I'm bipolar, and Topomax was a disaster for me.  So, a word of caution. 
  If it feels wrong for you when you try it, it probably *is* wrong, and 
you should go back to your doctor and explain.  Don't put up with 
induced impairment, not when there are so many alternatives these days.
