Sadly, for me to do that it would require I be strapped to a board.

Meclizine is much less annoying to me than trying to not trigger it or do the
exercises while living alone.  I take it at night, before I go to bed.  I have
insomnia, so I take all my drugs that might make me drowsy then, in the hope
that one of them will work!

But then I am one of those awful people who would rather take pills than be
disciplined and live on a strict anti-ADD diet or do exercises that make me
throw up or try to work through whatever it was about my screwy background
caused me to become depressed!
