I have discovered that I tend to use the left little finger for both 
Ctrl and Shift at all times.  This probably slows me down to some 
degree, and it's probably a bad habit.  Eudora uses Ctrl-J to send 
spam to Junk, and yes, I use the index finger of my left hand to hit 
the J.  Inherently inefficient, of course.
