Well, he didn't say the feelings were a product of the disease, but how 
she pursued him is... Though this is the second time that someone with a 
brain-related affliction declared love/desire for House...

Depends. Was she still having those feelings at the time? If so, maybe 
she'd have simply dismissed his remarks. If not, then well, perhaps just 
a rueful smile? Or even if she was convinced that those were feelings 
leftover from demons, maybe she liked feeling...romantic.
