I made a LiveJournal thread quite recently with some casting suggestions
for A Civil Campaign. I've updated it with some of the suggestions people
downthread, with the crucial addition of John Barrowman for Ivan! When I
first saw him on Doctor Who, I was racking my brains to figure out where
I'd seen him before... I hadn't *seen* him after all, he was just Ivan
come to life (although not so good at avoiding stuff)!
