So - would it a be a good thing if we were go to to that URL each day?
How about the blog URL?

*** Heh. The first might be cheating, not to mention fudging the
data. Not that I didn't immediately think of it, being Miles's Mom and
all. Now, if folks want to pass the URL along to a new person (or
people) every day (or oftener), that would be primo. Or visit it to
re-read the chapters, that would be legit.
Content! Real content! Book sales are so often at the mercy of
their packaging, all of which is done by someone other than the author.
Sample chapters are about the only PR trick I know of where the book
gets to speak for its ownself, unmediated by anyone else's ideas of what
might work.
By all means visit the blog next week when I will be guest-posting.
They also have a nice squib up on it tonight about the NYTimes placement.
