Given that there probably isn't anybody out there trying to write
malware for an operating system that almost nobody is using any more,
my recommendation is to find the most recent pre-OS X antivirus
program you can (looking on one of my shelves, I'm running Symantex
AntiVirus for Mac version 4 on my pre-OS X machines) and then don't
worry any more. Any current web-delivered malware or spyware isn't
going to be able to touch your old version of MacOS or the browser
you're using (assuming you're using a browser of equivalent vintage).
