i like the name too, although kalina's pointing out later chapters doesn't 
help right now.  i only have 1-3 *pout* *book budget is in negative numbers* 
*pout*

However, considering that the -only- awareness dag has of fawn is the spark, 
and that she is hiding from strangers, i wouldn't say he thinks, little 
lady.  more like, little girl.  he hasn't actually seen her.  also, the farm 
wife, who saw her, thought she was pretty young.  paternalistic might be 
acurate, but not derogatory.

although with the parallel thread on accents, i would say that robber/bandit 
is more like british/american baby pram/baby stroller, or jumper/sweater. 
same language, but different words for the same thing as the farmers and 
lakewalkers have been seperate for so long (i assume, having only read 
chapter 1 and 2 so far)
