Not Agnes here :-)... but you find the Character Map by going Start->Run
and typing in "charmap". Or it's buried in the menus somehwere, probably
in Accessories (can't find it myself on my XP machine at work).

It's there on Ubuntu Linux machines too, under Utilities, I think. I
haven't tracked it down on Kubuntu yet. Macs use the Keyboard Viewer.
