[LMB] Bel Thorne's Age

A while back we were discussing the age of our favorite hermaphrodite. 
I can't find the discussion in my home archives, however, and don't 
recall whether any definitive information was produced. If not - well, I'm 
rereading DI, and just came across a mention by Bel that he's "not quite 
twice [Miles'] age"; since Miles is about thirty-two or -three at that point, 
that puts Bel in his early sixties, and some thirty years older than Miles.
