It also has the comic aspect that makes the original cite (To say
nothing) so appealing.  In fact, I'll probably get myself in trouble
here, by saying I actually *preferred* Bellwether, because the plot, or
at least the presentation of the characters, seemed a little less
scattered. ---Like that old-fashion linear story-telling I guess.

I also really enjoyed Promised Land, which she co-wrote---not a
particularly `challanging' book, but I like good romances, and both
books have a fair dollop of that, nicely done.
